[ol7_developer_EPEL] cc65-utils-2.18-8.el7.aarch64

This package contains the additional utilities for cc65.

They are not needed for compiling applications with cc65,
but might be handy for some additional tasks.

Since these utility programs have some heavier dependencies,
and also can be used without the need of installing cc65,
they have been split into this package.
