[ol7_developer_EPEL] double-conversion-devel-2.0.1-3.el7.aarch64

Contains header files for developing applications that use the double-conversion
library.

There is extensive documentation in src/double-conversion.h. Other
examples can be found in test/cctest/test-conversions.cc.
