Fri Mar 08 2019 Stephen Smoogen <smooge@fedoraproject.org> - 0.10.0-10
- The newer version 0.12 can't be used because it pulls in an
unpackaged python2-coverage. However the tests are commented out for
similar reasons as we are seeing in the rebuild of EPEL-7. I have
adapted the two spec files to better match the two.
