Description:	The Oracle autonuma config hook uses a libvirt hook to automatically transform guest XML descriptions containing <vcpu> elements to a representation that uses <numa> elements that distribute VCPUs and memory equally across a system's NUMA nodes. VCPUs are also pinned to physical CPUs using <cputune> elements.
