[ol7_software_collections] devtoolset-6-dyninst-devel-9.2.0-4.0.2.el7.aarch64

dyninst-devel includes the C header files that specify the Dyninst user-space
libraries and interfaces. This is required for rebuilding any program
that uses Dyninst.
