[ol8_developer_EPEL_modular] libuv-1:1.36.0-3.module_el8+25082+8bb9f0f2.x86_64

libuv is a new platform layer for Node. Its purpose is to abstract IOCP on
Windows and libev on Unix systems. We intend to eventually contain all platform
differences in this library.
